Eskoms Appalling customer self service

I am extremely appalled by Eskoms customer service, we haven't had electricity since the 8th of January, I have been contacting their self service customer for days and still haven't been assisted its extremely frustrating, I use prepaid electricity so I don't understand why this cannot be resolved. My kids went back to school yesterday and had to use cold because of Eskoms incompetence. Yesterday I was informed that they sent a technician only to find out that he didn't even pitch. This is frustrating and draining
