Eskoms app is not working

As per news we are in Loadshedding again so we download EskomsePush the app to see when we are having loadshedding to plan our evenings so currently we are on stage 2 loadshedding if I go to the app I see Machadodorp in Mpumalanga isn't supposed to have loadshedding at 21:00 and so by the way the app says that there are no loadshedding in your area but still the lights went out at 21:00.
