Eskom's Alfred should get another job.

Logged a fault with 'Alfred '. My second phase is gone. Then they said it was restored. It was not. Tried to phone. Was 12th in the queue. After 30 minutes when I got to number 4. They asked me to rate my interaction with the consultant I never got to speak to. I take my hat off to whomever few poor operators are on the other side. They must suffer some abuse. Alfred chat box sucks. All I wanted wanted was my second phase of electricity back which I pay for. It just makes me sad.
