Eskom/municipality load shedding

I'm a community member of Muledane block j ext3 The problem that eskom need to adress to us is that we have load shedding everyday for four hours starting from 17h00 until 21h00 daily none stop but my concern is that, the nearby residence including thohoyandou CBD is not affected by this,we have another block j ext 2 but they don't experience what we are experiencing, it's so frustrating when children are writing exams and again why this is happening to a certain portion not the whole area,we need explanation or should we start a strike that will affect the whole town? May be they will consider this as a matter of urgency and a serious concern,I'm residing next to Bamblos restaurant, I need answers its hurting and frustrating,our fridge are melting and the meat inside is rotten, what have we done to deserve this,I will appreciate if it was affecting everyone including our CBD town but this is not fair at all
