Eskom zone 15 Garankuwa industrial

I'm very sad about the services we get from eskom,we started to report electric box from this dates 25 May 2023...07 June 2023...04 July 2023...06 July 2023 nothing has been resolved *** this box trap all the time.we need new box why is so difficult to replace it ...I'm afraid it will burn the house one day,I'm very disappointed 😞
