Eskom your service is pathetic.

Dear Eskom... Honestly your services are pathetic not to mention your call centre agents. I called to report power outage in our area in ebony park midrand, and was told technicians would be escalated and nothing happened, instead I receive an sms to state that the power has been restored as per field staff... which field staff if they never even showed up to that designated area. we have people who are not buying electricity and taking it directly from the electricity street poles, if your technicians bothered to come and check they would have picked up this issues. We really can not go on for days without electricity while you lie about rendering services and sending technicians who don't even show up.
