Eskom Worst thing that ever happened to us. Dark Christmas

The most useless company under the face of the sun. We had a power outage in our area Sterkfontein Makopeng Section since Sunday we reported to Eskom to resolve. It took more than a day to get through to the call center, finally registered the call with ref: ESKOM REF ********** 17 they never showed up three days later, we call they claim they fixed the transformer a d still the whole section doesn’t have power. Dodd has gone to waste for the people in the section who stocked up for Christmas and it’s just been a dog show trying to get help from Eskom. Really disappointed beyond words. We still don’t have power by the way!!!!!
