ESKOM WORSE SERVICE EVER

Had no power since 22h00 last night. Tried contacting ESKOM in all possible ways. The app and customer centre don't work! I'm a medical pensioner that needs to monitor my Sugar and Blood pressure levels and can't do it. Called CCC and Mayors office but no one can get hold of ESKOM. 13 Hours and still waiting.
