Eskom will let your house burn down

Our Eskom prepaid meter box has been sorting out for a day now. Logged a query, got a referene no. and have been waiting ever since. 2 of our fridges has stopped working and the box keeps making a clicking sound and have now been giving of a burning smell and the box has no trip switch. Eskom, you leave me no choice but to get someone to break open the box as you really don't care about our safety. When i call in, after almost an hour of waiting, you just take the Ref No. and drop my call.
