Eskom Why !

I live in Krugersdorp which falls under block 8B of the loadshedding schedule, since Eskom has started its load shedding they have not follwed the loadshedding shedule once in my area ,they have been turing our lights off for 5 to 6 hours a day whenever they feel like it ,how are people who stay and work in my area suppose to function when they cant rely on any shedule given to them by Eskom.
