Eskom what is happening in our community?????

We live at Withok Estates, Brakpan, and were not included in the loadshedding schedule. Now Eskom has implemented loadshedding in our area and now we are without electricity for 2 days since the last loadshedding schedule. I am livid because every time there is a thunderstorm, we are without electricity for 3 to 4 days and then we have loadshedding???? We are without electricity for most of the month, but the account does not reflect this fact????
