Eskom walk-in branch system always down

Poor Eskom infrastructure, every time I visit Eskom branch is always offline. I had to go for the second time to get assistance. In 2020 we have big data analysis, trend analysis and AI, ML, etc. Not sure if IT Eskom do not use technology to improve business, really now, Eskom Alberton branch is ever down and also not making use of mobile app for self service. Come on Eskom, you can do better than that.
