Eskom very bad service delivery to even elderly citizens

I have been calling eskom since Saturday as there is no power on the unit supply from all the 6 houses since Saturday meter number *** I was even provided with a link where I can ask for help but nothing has been done not even a reference number has been sent to my phone to show a complain was lodged worst part eskom maintenance vehicles are passing daily when we stop them they tell us to call the office but we haven't been helped since Saturday. Four of those house hold with no electricity are pensioners who are living through pension grants how do you expect them to have money to buy take away food daily I'm really disappointed at eskom and the poor service they giving our elderly people shame on you guys
