ESKOM useless service!!!

I have been trying to contact Eskom for 3 weeks now in order to have the electricity at my factory turned on. I have taken over the lease of the factory at the beginning of the month and have not had electricity in order to manufacture. I phone customer helpline and after 30 - 40min of being on hold, the call gets disconnected. I did manage to get through one time to request the changeover on the account. This was 3 weeks ago, I forwarded them the documents required, but still no response.
