Eskom Unscheduled Load Shedding
The fact that Eskom has been conducting Unscheduled Load Shedding staring from the 3rd and the 4th of April has left me stranded as my computer has been giving me problems staring from last year, now I have to wait 2 hours every time I switch on my computer after it has been cut off electricity every time this takes place. We are under quarantine and trying to comply as much as possible, entertaining ourselves so that we fill the emptiness of socialization...I am angry and now I have to pay for my computer's repairs, I cannot even go outside for that since the stores are closed

05 Apr 2020, 00:15I have a six months year old that cries her lungs out when it's dark and this is traumatizing my daughter, at least if I knew that the lights or electricity was going to be cut off I would make means to make sure she doesn't go through this every time.

05 Apr 2020, 01:00Another Load Shedding just took place, for a period of 10secs, the app is still saying no Load Shedding scheduled yet, the electricity is going off and on, Eskom doesn't let us know in advance of the power cuts. What do I do to get assistance cause I am losing my patience over this rude act now, do we have an electricity problem, are my appliances going to be repaired nor replaced after this as the fridge and computer are one of my most important things. I will keep writing as long as Eskom doesn't feel the need to respect my and my family's well being at these hard times as we are facing a deadly virus.
