Eskom unpaid claim since 2022

I am disappointed at Eskom in Cape Town (Khayelitsha) all my electricity appliance's immediately stopped working in 2022 due the main transmitter being on fire and I have submitted my claim in 2022 and I have not received my money from Eskom.
