Eskom unexplained outages.

I stay in one of the complexes at De Wijnlanden area, Western Cape. We have not had power for most of the weekend (7 & 8 August 2021) and yesterday the whole day until about 21h00. I tried finding out from the municipality, but they referred me to Eskom. I tried calling, sending messages, emailing, but they have not yet answered what the reason is for the outages. Completely unacceptable. No service. No answer. And in the meantime, all the food in my fridge and freezer have gone wrotten / half wrotten. !
