Eskom undermining us

I've been trying to get eskom to fix our electricity since from last year. Am being made to feel like am subhuman and very undermined, based on our area, been calling eskom every day since from monday and had reported the issue since from last year April. All i get is different refence numbers and lenseria office playing with our situation. I really need to expose what their technicians really do in Zandspruit, because they undermine us. I have almost 10 different reference numbers that i get every time i call them, but zero assistance
