ESKOM Unanswered customer contact

The customer contact number not being answered. I called the ESKOM customer contact number ***6 for the whole day and no one is answering the phone. I was directed to send an sms , I send the sms but till now I haven't received reply. I wrote an email I got an automated reply. I went to the offices I was told that the staff are working from home. My question is how many people that needs help manage to go to the offices for help. Whilst we understand that it might be due to the COVID 19 regulations. But can't ESKOM avail telephone contact for the said staff that is working from home? it is really frustrating.
