Eskom unable to get hold of

We are moving from town to a farm and need to connect the Eskom power line. The offices in Lichtenburg are closed and you are not able to get through to Mafikeng Branch at all. When you phone the 0800 line, you wait forever for someone to pick up the phone and when you are connected the line is so bad that are getting cut off. Three days later and we still don't have electricity on the farm because I don't know whom to contact! We have send an e-mail as well but have not had any reply to it. The Eskom website don't assist at all as well!!
