Eskom transformer blast

I am a resident of orange farm ext 8a stredford it's 10 months now without electricity eskom promise to help us with. Our transformer after they have audit us found out we are not paying most of us some are not registered and dnt have meter boxes, we as community we agree to pay flat rate and 3 petition to eskom so tht we could be assisted from last year June till now and yet we pensioners and ppl who leave with medication in this coming winter we will suffer again under this pandemic covid 19 pls if u can assist pls help we buy from food from hand to mouth and yet we not working no fridge no lights
