Eskom the once mighty but now the fallen

How a huge company has fallen to such a degree that one's emails don't get answered, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. You can't get through to their Head Office or the Provincial offices by phone. The phones ring but they just aren't answered. Shame. no wonder Eskom has such a bad name.
