Eskom terrible service

We have been having electricity tripping in our section for the past year this started when the Eskom technicians took out our transformer and replaced it with a faulty one. They took out a transformer that was working 100% and this power going out on a daily basis and it is damaging our appliances, I had to replace my garage motor as a result of this nonsense. When we call eskom they give us reference number but never attend to it. I logged complaints but no one has bothered to call or attend to this issue. Complaint *** , *** & ***. Clearly there's a problem and seriously cannot keep on logging calls without any resolution.
