Eskom technocians Who refuse to do their job!!!

I stay in khayelitsha and it’s been 8 days without electricity. I reported the outages to eskom and the other 10 houses in our street with no electricity and we all gotten our reference numbers, the 4th day decided to do follow up since eskom didn’t come and fix the outage and it says on their chat box they did come, so today me and my neighbor decided to go eskom and find out what’s going on, and their system is says their technicians did come offwhich it’s a lie! They do this all the time and they threaten us all the time that they will stop working in a the townships!!!
