On the 14 April 2022 my granny s house burnt down the hole roof, cilling, furniture and all walls cracked that was after Eskom technicians come install a new meter box, fire departments came distinguished the n wrote a report the matter was reported to Eskom for claim date 25 April n on 28 July they sent us receipt of claim letter ever since then is been back N forth with their technicians we we incorporating gave them everything the required from us(red seal, COC) 19 Feb 2024 Eskom is coming back with a two sentences declination letter stating the cant be liable the incident happened beyond their point of supply so the can't be liable of any loss
