Eskom technicians

I have been without electricity since from Sunday ,we did call and got the reference number and was told that my complain has been attended too till today no one came this afternoon was a car of eskom was told they dont have my reference was told to go yo eskom office to fetch and the guy didn't have name tag on him.I'm staying with an old women of 78years in this cold weather and she have to take medication WHAT MUST I DO,should I have to go to Eskom and fetch the despatch technicians.I need answers
