Our electricity went off on the 21st August at 11h30 the morning, thres no loadsheddingloadsheddin, and we ha more than enough electricity on the box. We have been given the runaround every time we call but no one comes out to assist us. We were given a ref number ***, and every time i must call i must wait for 15min before some one answers the call
