Eskom sucks big time

<p>We had a power outage yesterday from 6 pm and it only came back at 4:22 pm today. At about 9:15 pm it went off again. We have prepaid meters, so that means we have already paid for the damn service. When they want to increase tariffs they don't think twice but their service sucks. We have two kids in the house both just over a year old. Tell me how am I suppose to handle that and how much was done concerning the daily household needs from 4:22 pm to 9:15 pm after having no electricity for almost 24 hours on a weekend????</p>
