ESKOM SUCKS

We didnt have an electricity in our area for 2 days, then eskom fixed whatever the problem it was but more damages done, electricity is back but only tv and fridge is working lights are not working and i contacted Eskom customer service and was told that i must hire a private electrician as it is not their problem mind do i had to throw away foods as they got rotten and now this...Everything was working perfectly and what is worse i am not the only person complaining about this.
