eskom sucks

i am so ****ed at the service i got at eskom yesterday. So 12:00 i start cooking for lunch, than the power trips at the pole outside, i call Eskom and was told they will be there soon,i call at 5pm still no one has came out to have a look, than gets told at the call centre that they have logged the call already some one is on his way, 8pm no one has arrived yet, i call again being ****ed of cos cos i meani have to get ready for work and prepare my kids for school seeing that it was sunday, 9 pm still no one has come out to assist, we eventually went to sleep hoping inthe morning it will be fixed, toour suprise it was still no fixed, im vey upset if i had an alternative would definely made use of it... meter number ********** 3851 i hope this hets fixed today immediately i dont have time to call every hour.
