Eskom stole my money

I bought an electricity token on the 20th of August, for R600, but for some reason it didnt go through, i tried again few seconds later but it gave me an error message 'duplicate'... I called Eskom to assist but i was sent from pillar to post. I spoke to about 10 people and every time i had to repeat myself and some promised to call me back but never did. I wasted my money calling them and my time as well. I wrote to them but no one came to my aid. Until today my query has nof been resolved, instead i get attitude from their some of their staff. Im still sitting with the problem.
