ESKOM - Still no electricity 24 HOURS LATER!!!

So our lights in most of the area went off last night at 8pm ...... i logged it via email, because Eskom call centre not answering their calls. 24 Hours later we still waiting ...... 3pm got an sms stating ...... Eskom Ref *** Dear Customer, Power should be restored as per field staff. If your power is not on please report it again....... im like really? The sms makes no sense ....is it fixed or not???? It is now 20h36 still in darkness ....we live in Elsies River as everybody knows has one of the highest crime rates in SA! Again a classic case of location...location....location!
