Lizelle Bunding-Hoogbaard is the most rude person I have dealt with at Eskom. She does not allow one to speak. She has no interpersonal skills and believes that threatening one is the only way to conclude a situation. One catches more bees with honey that vinegar, she should learn this saying. Astounded.
