Eskom *********** staff

It's been two week now I reported electricity fault at Eskom, the reponsib branch is Butterworth Eskom as I'm based in Butterworth Eastern Cape. We don't have electricity due to their small box we use to enter electricity voucher went off, we bought new battery still not working and reported the issue at eskom with no help till now. Branch supervisor goes by the name of Amos Mahlathi sent a technician on the 6th April 2024 which he didn't go to attend the issue and later on updated on the system that he attended it while he did not. Kindly attend to this and treat it as a matter of urgent, ref ***.
