Eskom-South Africa's biggest problem

Load shedding is in full swing again. Last month in Pietermaritzburg we experienced 5 consecutive days without power, none of which reflected on the abnormally high account received. Then we had another 2 days without, as well as plenty of intermittent blips and regular load shedding. Yesterday we were in stage 3 load shedding and were told it would likely carry through to today. Miraculously no doubt because of SONA -no load shedding today. Apparently they switch it on and off like a tap-this has happened in previous years. When the system was inherited, it was not new but not ancient either. The management of Eskom saw fit to loot like common ******* and now the overburdened taxpayer is expected to constantly bail them them out. I saw on TV just now that NUM wants the board "reorganised". Firing would be a better idea. Blaming the past does nothing 26 years later. Stop the rot, and do your job.
