ESKOM SHOWS NO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS OR LIVESTOCK. 8 DAYS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY!!

We have been without power for 8 days now. The service from Eskom is absolutely horrific. We run a business with livestock and we need electricity for water supply. They have come out twice during this period, but have not managed to resolve anything. They fiddle for a few minutes and then leave us again without any explanations or plans of actions being communicated. We pay an excessive amount to this company every month, yet, they show no care or urgency for our dire situation. We are based in Pretoria, on a small-holding.
