Eskom should be cancelled

Worst experience ever with a company - I was with City of Cape Town with my former property and I regret the day I bought a house supp**** with electricity by Eskom.Worst service ever-, technicians are all.clocked out at 4pm don't service on public holidays - I've been without electricity almost a week having to get electricity from neighbors. I have logged numerous complaints they came out once and 15 min after they left the electricity went back off!!! 2 days later still no technicians - Eskom is a mirror and prime example of what this country has deteriorated into- quick to want fees but can't sort out technical problems when you need them and don't give a damn about you or what you are going through - terrible, unacceptable and sloppy service delivery
