Eskom services rating is very poor

<p>I have been out of electricity for four days now. I have called eskom for help.they keep on giving me ref number and say they will send technician. No one comes when you do a follow up they will tell you that the ref no has been closed because they could no access premises. Yesterday we waited the whole day outside no one came but they say they could not access premises.the services is actually poor.how can one stay 4 days without electricity. Kids had to study for exams in the dark.is the problem eskom or technicians are not doing their job? My eskom ref no is <span style="background-color: #ffffff;"> ********** 63</span></p>
