Eskom Services is Horrible

For past 3 weeks now we don't have electricity and worse part this electricity jump houses the are people who pay R100 to get electricity eskom cars come in Ivory park location but they don't bring back electricity we are sick and tired about this whole eskom issue we have been patient is Enough now we have young kids is cold now and our own cables are cut at the poles can someone come from eskom and tell me why is that happening???? I won't pay R100 while monthly we buy electricity and pay for services can someone come from eskom and explain I am living in Ivory park extension 8 Ndlovu street.
