Eskom services are useless

I received a new meter box on Thursday and they said it would take 4hrs to register this box so we can purchase electricity. It Saturday and we still can purchase anything as this box is still not registered. Spent more than a R1000 on airtime calling in to log the fault but nobody seems to be able to assist all we get is your call has been logged and escalated but nobody calls you back or provides you with feedback this level.of service is pathetic.
