eskom service un acceptable

As a frustrated customer of eskom, I do not appreciate the way Sesethu hung up the phone in my ear, after she could not assist me and the problem I had. I don't have lights, the metre has been loaded, yet no electricity. She was very useless, and couldn't assist, then had the nerve to drop the call in my ear. Very dissatisfied with eskom as a whole.
