Eskom service shocking as always.

I reside in the Kyalami area and for the last 3 days we have been without power for anything between 8 and 13 hours. On arriving home this evening at 18H00 the power was once again off. I phoned Eskom and was informed that a circuit breaker at the Leeukop substation was being replaced by technitians at that moment and power should be restored within the next 2 hours. After two and half hours we still had no power, and on phoning againg quoting Ref no *** was told that technitians would only be on site to do repairs tomorrow morning at 8h00 as "due to Covid no repairs were done after hours". So - 1. Since when is Eskom not an essential services any more? 2. Why were two different set of information given by two different agents 3. Has the same circuit breaker been repaird 3 times? 4. How many more hours are we going to be without power? Shocking service and Covid seems to be an easy way out of delivering that service.
