Eskom service is really bad

I had an electricity issue Eskom failed to deal with my issue after 3 days of no service I wrote my issue on this platform, they came the day after just to tell me they don't have a step ladder to assist me yoh yah neh 🤣. Last Sunday they drove past my place only to realize that I made a plan to get electricity back
