Eskom service is ****

Eskom has the worst service, the is this new Nyamezela project, its the worst, very much not reliable, on and off.

Ruining our eletric appliances, i contacted eskom via email since begging of april they keep sending automated emails

What is this NYAMEZELA, it was never discussed with us the users if we want it or not, before it was installed we never has problems of load shading every morning and evening when we need electricity most

Worst part is while you busy it just goes off and after 15 min is back thn every 10 min it trips , you contact eskom with no help, we must eletricity units and still not able to use them, on top of that we must also buy gas stoves or paraffin so tht we can be able to cook and do what is essential.

This is not only financially negatively impacting us but its not safe as gas and these paraffin are not safe, especially to the minor headed homes

Eskom must do something, this shows that eskom just want money but do not care for people.

They took out my upgraded meter box and put this **** and claimed that they have upgraded it also but it trips all the time, i have paid for upgrading my previous box
