Eskom service failure

I'm so disappointed with the service with Eskom after I struggled to get hold them several times in the branch,on the 10th I was given a call by the branch that has to assist me and they sent someone to assist but the guy didn't assist saying he left the stepping ladder and he will come back but till today no one or call recieved, I called again the contact center and I was told they will send a message to them but till today I haven't been assisted I even made a payment on the 13 January 2022,still no assistance ,I'm very disappointed and angry because I reported this as an urgent matter
