Eskom service

We live in a remote area, Leeupoort Vakansiedorp, near Thabazimbi. With loadshedding on hold for now, we still experience very bad service from Eskom. For the last 3 to 4 weeks we experience a powercut each morning and evening at +- the same time. Sometimes it is for only a minute or two( long enough to damage fridges, freezers, tv, microwave, ect.) and sometimes longer, hour +. It does'nt help to report the fault to Alfred chat box, because it can't identify the fault. It is very furstrating, most of us depend on Eskom. We are pensioners and not all of us can afford solar.
