Eskom service delivery

Seeking for help from Eskom in Eastern Cape, Mthatha area. We’ve requested/app**** for relocation of meter box from one house (which has no roof anymore) to another as the box is exposed to rainy & windy weather conditions. The turnaround time of 90 days has passed already, we even visited their offices and we were told there are no resources and they don’t know when they’ll be available. At the moment we do not have power because it’s been raining and we suspect the box is affected as it shows error “lock out”. Pity there’s no option to attach pictures here for you to see how bad the situation is, the box is literally outside. Here is the reference number for our request: ***. We would appreciate your efforts in trying to assist, imagine we have to charge our cellphones in the neighbourhood, we are cooking on the fire outside. On top of that we have upcoming ceremony on Saturday the 21/12/2024 at home. This is terrible please help…thank you
