ESKOM service

At Maphumulo area, Nodunga in KZN, we have had power outage since 29 December 2021, I have reported on countless number of times already via the Alfred online portal, at ESKOM Stanger offices I was told customers are not allowed entry. If you call you are number two hundred and something on the line you wait until all your airtime is finished but another call again you’re number eighty something😔 it is stressing because no proper update is provided as to how long are we going to wait until power is restored, this kind of treatment is really unacceptable
