Dear ESKOM<br> <br> We, as your customers would appreciate it if you could supply us with an email address to which we could submit complaints.<br> <br> As paying customer, we have a right to complain about the service etc... but all we have is a phone number! If at all possible, we would rather there be a paper trail which would protect us as well as yourselves against claims of promises and false promises. This would also assist in freeing up your helpline for real emergencies.<br> <br> Feel free to respond and/or actually consider this option.
