Eskom sent me notice...

Eskom sent me notice that they owe me money in Dec 2024 ...I was told money would be paid end Feb ...well they then came back and said there had been *****ulent activity on the account even though I have moved and account should have been closed ...all they did was cut money owning to me in half with a promise to pay ..so every month I get notice Sorry for the delay money will be paid ...now when I try to contact them they suddenly can not verify my account ... does this mean money ****** and account closed or Eskom just not wanting to pay so closed the account
